The congress served as a key platform for healthcare professionals, researchers, and industry leaders to share the latest scientific advances, clinical research, and best practices in the care of haemophilia and allied disorders. This edition held special significance: it was the first time in three years that the community was able to meet physically again, bringing renewed momentum and a strong sense of reconnection.
As EAHAD’s official PCO since 2011, MCI Switzerland was once again entrusted with the full organization of the Annual Congress, overseeing planning, logistics, and the delivery of a high-level hybrid event. Working in close collaboration with the EAHAD Organising Committee, our team operated with precision to meet the high expectations of all stakeholders, in what was a symbolic moment of post-pandemic reunion.
MCI Switzerland managed all core elements of the event, including registration services, venue sourcing and coordination, abstract submissions, sponsor acquisition, and the complete implementation of the hybrid format. Special attention was given to creating a smooth and intuitive experience for both in-person and virtual attendees, ensuring full access to content and interaction regardless of their location.
