150 international business partners came to London for a face-to-face presentation on how Ocado partnerships can take them and their customers far beyond their expectations. To achieve maximum impact, we designed an overarching theme: BEYOND.
Our communication strategy hinged on one crucial element – partnership. By recognising that each delegate would need a unique relationship with Ocado, we were able to thread that sentiment through the entire event. With each attendee arriving with a unique business model, customer base, and expectations, this meeting provided a real platform to demonstrate how Ocado can take their partners “beyond”.
One immersive experience brought everybody together, while smaller, intimate breakout sessions encouraged discussion and networking. Senior Ocado team members shared success stories and insights, and discussed just how Ocado’s innovative technology was helping Ocado and their partners exceed their goals.
To help bolster the concept of true global partnerships, our strategy included providing delegates with instant translation tech, to ensure seamless interaction with Ocado and fellow attendees from start to finish.
To showcase Ocado’s leadership in its field – and to dial up excitement among attendees – we organised an exhibition and demonstration of Ocado’s bots, displaying their patented machine technology that packages, sorts and learns in real time.
