THE CHALLENGE

Creating dynamic digital engagement

On 4 February 2025 in Paris, Estée Lauder turned once again to MCI Studio to engage the Darphin brand's sales community around an exclusive presentation of its new products. MCI has successfully delivered multiple studio-based shows for various Estée Lauder brands (such as Tom Ford, Clinique, Estée Lauder, La Mer, etc). This edition focused exclusively on Darphin, aiming to build internal excitement around two new product launches in the Éclat Sublime line.

The challenge was to create a dynamic and instructive show for the salesforce and to transform the studio environment into something distinctly “Darphin”, ensuring it stood apart from previous shows for other Lauder brands. The content needed to be engaging, dynamic and educational – tailored to the needs of a professional sales audience.

THE SOLUTION

Immersive brand storytelling through design

MCI France collaborated closely with the Darphin / Estée Lauder team to understand the brand’s essence – luxurious, sensorial, refined – and translated this identity into every element of the set design.

The creative strategy focused on storytelling through space – turning the studio into a luxe, sensorial brand environment with carefully curated furniture, lighting and accessories. Strategic thinking guided the programme flow to balance brand elevation with practical learning. Custom videos and jingles kept energy high and messaging consistent, while a standout innovation came in the form of a live auto-massage demonstration, helping attendees understand how to apply the product and share the experience with customers.

THE RESULTS

Strong engagement and brand alignment

By crafting a brand-aligned experience, we delivered a show that reinforced Darphin’s identity within the Estée Lauder family. The project marked a meaningful internal moment for Darphin, building connection and confidence among the brand’s salesforce at a pivotal launch.

The event achieved notable participation, with hundreds of attendees engaging live with the new Darphin products. This project demonstrated the power of creativity, enduring partnerships and inspired teamwork, underlining MCI’s role as a trusted partner in delivering experiences that bring people together while elevating brand ambition
