Challenge 

Due to the current global health crisis and restricted face-to-face interactions, MCI Singapore was tasked by a global company active in the insurance and finance sector to identify and establish an alternative way of connecting with their channel partners, distributors and sales agents. 

   

Solution 

MCI designed an end-to-end Digital Recruitment Campaign that engaged and activated audiences, revitalising the spirit of the brand to demonstrate its innovation and presence in the marketplace. A digitally crafted marketing campaign that integrated mobile and social media was executed with broadcast-quality webinar sessions to simulate a professional studio setting. A tech-savvy team of virtual engagement experts worked behind the scenes to support the audience navigate the virtual experience and those first-time webinar platform users.
