The solely US-based, International Carwash Association embarked on their first- ever journey to explore the European market. The success of the Carwash show in Amsterdam was dependent on the effective translation of the US practices into the European market.

THE SOLUTION

Brand-new event concepts and marketing strategy 

Together with our client, the International Carwash Association, we conceptualised an event where innovation and collaboration could flourish across various platforms.  

In order to match local expectations, we developed and built all event concepts from scratch, from brand identity, including the logo, to the overall exhibition design, and comprehensive digital marketing strategy. 

Our strategy focused on the following key areas: 

  • Marketing & communications (including narrative development and email marketing): We aimed to boost awareness on European launch, activate communities and members through digital channels, and generate marketing qualified leads. 
  • Conceptualising & graphic design (including setting visual identity branding guidelines, and design of all digital and print collateral): We developed a visual narrative, creating a unique and distinct brand presence both digitally and offline. 
  • Sponsorship & exhibition sales (including sponsors & exhibitors handling)


The most significant feature of the Carwash Show Europe would be the Innovation Centre – a dedicated space where exhibitors could showcase their most pioneering products.

THE RESULTS

Double the expected number of participants and exhibitors 

Thanks to our marketing strategy, the show drew more than twice the expected number of participants. Nearly 90 companies showcased their offerings, double the number of car wash businesses ever gathered together in Europe. 

It proved to be an excellent platform for lead generation and business development. Exhibitors were able to showcase their products and generate new leads, build relationships with potential clients and create business opportunities. 

Carwash Show Europe became the ideal setting for sparking new ideas, fostering meaningful discussion between European car wash owners and suppliers. The event offered countless opportunities for engagement, creating ongoing momentum for the show.
